RULES & REGS
SAFETY is our number one priority at Spotlight
so please keep our rules and regulations in mind at all times.

Parents of children ages 6 and under are asked to stay in the building during lessons (and for smaller children- please make sure they’ve used the restroom before class).

Respectable behavior is a must! Staff reserves the right to dismiss a child or ask them to sit out from class if being disrespectful or disruptive. It is unfair to take time away from our other athletes. Along those lines, we ask that parents leave the coaching to the coaches while at our gym and not shout across the gym floor.

Proper gymnastics and cheer attire are required for safety. T-shirts and gym shorts or sweatpants for boys, leotards and/or leo’s with gymnastics shorts for girls. Ninja Monkey Uniforms are required for all Ninja Classes. Gymnasts are to be in bare feet. Middle and Highschool Cheerleaders can be in bare feet or cheer shoes. These are specific shoes dedicated for our gym. Shoes utilized outside of the gym will ruin our mats and flooring. Please make sure your child enters the gym with shoes and clean feet.

Spotlight provides a positive, safe and enjoyable space for athletes and their families. Negativity, bullying and disruptive behavior WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!

Please keep longer hair pulled back away from the face.

No jewelry allowed except for stud earrings.

Be aware of your surroundings. Never cross a gym floor without looking both ways first!

Absolutely no one on is ever permitted on any mats or equipment without supervision.

There is plenty of parking and lighting in our parking area but please continue to be careful and aware of your surroundings and other cars when entering and leaving the gym.

We ask that your child bring an unbreakable water bottle to every class.
Please Note: We do not follow the County’s School Schedules for holiday closures and try our best to remain open when we consider it safe for our staff and athletes. (We will remain open during many school holidays). When unsure, please check your emails and our Facebook page to ensure we are holding classes.
Schedules are based on Four Week sessions. Payment processing dates are noted on our tuition schedule. We will do our best to offer one make up class per session where possible, but it is not guaranteed. They are offered where available based on space. Our priority is to those scheduled in their allotted time, and during many times of the year classes are full. Make up classes must be schedule ahead of time to assure room in class. Make ups are to be done during the same session as the missed class unless special arrangements are made. Make ups cannot be done as walk-ins.
There is an non-refundable enrollment fee of $50 per family due upon registration. Ninja registration has an additional $35 uniform fee. Spotlight works very hard to keep our pricing very reasonable with a considerably low staff to student ratio; however we reserve the right to increase our pricing as needed. Members will be notified by email before any price increases. Cancelation notice is required as per our tuition billing schedule. If membership is cancelled AFTER session tuition has been posted, it is non-refundable.
Payment is due at time of registration. Child may not participate in class until payment is made and waiver is signed. There is a $40 charge for all returned checks and $10 late charge for every week after the billing date up to $40, and you are subject to losing your spot in class..

Our coaches are experienced and trained, with competitive gymnastics and cheer experience. With over 20 years of gymnastics, cheer and fitness experience, your child’s safety is our number one concern.
